looks like very good material. It is a very good size. I had a large rear bike basket and it was able to stretch over the entire basket to keep the stuff inside secure. I really Like the fact there are rubber rounded tips at the end of each hook so it is less likely to scratch or snag on something in case the cord bounces backward or you just accidently loose grip.

I could not give this review 5 stars because the plastic caps on the hooks come off and exposes the metal which rusts. Otherwise, its a good product.

This cargo net is a necessary accessory for the Topeak Trolley Tote or Topeak Basket. It is bigger than the no name cargo nets, which are actually much smaller than the Topeak product.
I had a no name cargo net that just did not fit right so I purchased Topeak's cargo net and have been satisfied.
Although the caps can fall off the hooks, I have taken epoxy and resecured them when I checked to see if they were loose. Aside from this minor detail, Topeak's cargo net nicely fits over Topeak's Trolley Tote which you can find hereTopeak Trolley Tote Folding Basket

Sometimes the handle to a quick release basket can fly up and cause the basket to release from its install point and fall forward on your front tire--I know it happened to me. Using the cargo net keeps the handle secure and presents this possible "fly up."
