About Feedback Sports
Based in Golden, Colorado, Feedback Sports was started by cyclist and racer Doug Hudson in 2004, when he developed the Alpine Digital Scale to weigh bicycles. Early on, the scales were successfully distributed through another Colorado company named Ultimate Bike Support, which Feedback Sports acquired in 2008 to add bicycle work stands and storage stands to the Feedback product mix. The company has since refined and continually improved its award-winning designs while also introducing new bicycle accessories.

I started out leaning my expensive new trek road bike against a workbench in the garage. Until it fell. Happily no damage, but I wanted a stand to prevent more accidents. Came across several do-it-yourself PVC pipe stands online. Tried one, didn't like it at all. The RAAK and the Willworx both seem to get great reviews here. My local bike store uses the willworx and I didn't like it much - they seemed to slide around easily, and are designed to accomodate wide mountain bike tires so road bikes tend to flop at a bit of an angle. You can buy foam spacers to improve the fit, but more expense and doesn't look like a very elegant solution. I'm sure they must work well - if the bikes were falling over those stands would have been long gone from the LBS. But I decided to try the Raak. Glad I did. The horizontal channel has a narrow track that fits a road tire perfectly inside the wider one sized for a mountain bike. Similarly the guide roller on the vertical post has tracks for the different tire widths - it will fit just about anything wihtout any adjustment. Finally, the vertical arm is spring-loaded, so it eases backward to accept your bike and gives a little push forward to assist when you pull it off the stand. Very nice piece of engineering and works very well.

By V. Kirby
I am a road cyclist and started researching bike stands. When I initially looked at the stand I thought it was not going to be stable enough and would be fragile but when I got it was surprised to find out that little assembly was required and works like a charm and the beauty of it is if you have additional bikes you can attach the raaks together which is a great idea. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a stand that does not take up alot of space, and is stable.

By Douglas A. Carmack
I bought several stands and was disappointed with all of them for my road bike. I search several options and looked up Mellow Johnny's bike shop in Austin, TX on Youtube. This is the one that is used on the bikes at Lance's shop. I bought one for my bike and loved it so much I bought a second one for the MTB. Great stand and highly recommend!
